Personal email outreach, from your own WordPress.
Import a list. Send letters, not blasts. Follow up on autopilot and read every reply.Tag and Reach turns a spreadsheet of contacts into an organised outreach project: a real email written like a letter, sent one by one through your own mailbox, followed up automatically when nobody answers, with every reply filed back against the right person. No monthly per‑contact bill, no contact data leaving your server.

A cold blast gets deleted. A letter that knows your name gets read.
Most people with a list just BCC everyone once and hope. It reads like every other bulk email in the inbox — and gets the same treatment.
It's a letter, not a layout
There's no newsletter template to fill in. You write the body of the email in your own words, and drop the recipient's name, company and role in where you want them. It reads as written, because it mostly is.
The follow-up gets the reply
Most answers come from the second message, not the first. Tag and Reach sends one automatic follow-up after the quiet days you set, then moves the contact along — so you never chase the same person twice.
Replies land on the person
Connect the mailbox that receives your answers and every reply is filed into that contact's history: a green flag when they reply, an "invalid address" flag when it bounces, an automatic unsubscribe when someone asks out.
It never leaves your site
Contacts, messages and history all live in your WordPress database and send through the SMTP you already trust. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party service, and there's no per-seat or per-contact bill as you grow.
One plugin. Every feature. Just pick your scale.
Every plan is the complete tool. Tiers differ only by how many sites you can run it on — never by features.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Read more...Tag and Reach imports CSV and Excel lists, sorts contacts into projects, and sends personalised letters through wp_mail() — so whatever SMTP plugin you already run (FluentSMTP, WP Mail SMTP…) handles delivery. Sending is spread over time by WP‑Cron to stay under your host’s limits. Replies are read back over IMAP and matched to the contact who received the message.
Separate projects
Each project keeps its own list, tags, statuses, templates, campaigns and history. Import one master CSV into several, then prune each one down.
Real merge fields
Standard fields, any imported column as a custom token, fallbacks for blanks, and conditional blocks so one template covers several situations at once.
Named signatures
Build one or more signatures in rich text with your photo, logo or QR code, and insert them by name wherever you want.
Real attachment names
Attach a CV, a one-pager, a portfolio PDF. The recipient sees the real filename in their inbox, never a random string of characters.
Automatic follow-ups
After the quiet days you set, in the statuses you choose, one follow-up goes out on its own and the contact moves forward.
Controlled sending pace
Set a maximum per hour, a maximum per day, and a gap between messages, kept low by default so shared hosting never flags you.
IMAP reply tracking
Point it at the mailbox that receives replies. Answers land in the contact's timeline, bounces are flagged, and opt-out requests are honoured.
GDPR-light by default
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs join a hashed block list checked at build, send and import. Old logs clear on schedule.
One-file backup
Download a single archive with every project, contact and message, plus the attachment files if you tick the box. Restore it on any site.
Three languages
Standard WordPress translations, with the admin fully covered in English, French and Spanish. No separate language pack to download or install.
With vs. Without Tag and Reach
| Without Tag and Reach | With Tag and Reach | |
|---|---|---|
| Personalising a list | Copy, paste, swap the name each time — and hope you didn’t leave “Dear FirstName” in one | One letter with merge fields — every copy personalised at send time |
| Following up | A calendar reminder you end up ignoring | One automatic follow-up after the quiet days you set, per project |
| Seeing who replied | Scrolling back through your sent folder | A flag on the contact, and the reply filed in their history |
| Bounces and opt-outs | You find out weeks later | Flagged automatically — opt-outs go on a permanent block list |
| Where the data lives | A spreadsheet on your desktop, plus your mailbox | Your WordPress database and your own mailbox — nowhere else |
| Cost as you grow | Free, until your time isn’t | Flat, by number of sites — never by contact |
5 things the comparison table doesn't show
A body field, not a layout
Other outreach tools hand you a card to fill in: headline, button, done. Tag and Reach gives you a plain body field instead. Write it like a letter, because a message that reads like a newsletter gets filed like one.
Follow-up that fires
A SaaS "sequence" assumes you spend your week inside that platform. Tag and Reach runs its follow-up from WordPress cron, against a rule you set per project, so it goes out on the days you chose whether or not you log in.
Replies find the contact
Each sent message carries its own hidden token. When an answer comes back, Tag and Reach matches it by that token first, then by the sender address, and files it in that person's history instead of a shared inbox you sort by hand.
Unsubscribe built in first
The link sits in every footer, the endpoint is public, and the block list is permanent and hashed. Once someone opts out they stay out, even if their address turns up again in a fresh CSV you import months later.
Nothing leaves your server
No third party is involved at any step: composing the letter, queuing the batch, reading replies over IMAP, all of it runs on your own site. No AI service, no hidden subscription, no credits to top up.
